Schedule
- Part-time, temporary position
- Fully remote, independent contractor role (1099)
- Flexible scheduling with paid monthly bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Collect, verify, and log caller details accurately
- Determine caller needs through active listening and probing questions
- Provide resources, referrals, and assistance links for financial support
- Support disaster survivors by offering reassurance and clear next steps
What You Need
- Excellent verbal communication skills (tone, grammar, pronunciation)
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure
- Strong listening and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail with data entry and documentation accuracy
- Computer proficiency with ability to multitask across programs
- Must pass a criminal background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
