ParentSquare is seeking a Customer Communications Coordinator to serve as the hub for all outbound communications. This role ensures customers receive clear, timely, and strategic messaging that drives adoption, satisfaction, and growth while helping prevent over-messaging from multiple departments.

Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S. only)
- Part of the Demand Generation team
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
What You’ll Do
- Act as the control center for all customer communications across teams
- Establish and enforce a company-wide communications calendar and process
- Write, proofread, and deliver newsletters, product updates, and campaign emails in HubSpot
- Manage and coordinate webinars, including the bi-monthly What’s New Review series
- Host and moderate select webinars as needed
- Maintain visibility into the customer journey and align communications accordingly
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and recommend the right outreach channels
- Track and report on engagement metrics to improve communication performance
- Keep Demand Gen deliverables organized in Asana and ensure cross-team awareness
What You Need
- 3+ years in marketing with experience managing email communications and campaigns
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to enforce guidelines and scheduling authority across teams
- Excellent writing and editing skills with proven success
- Comfortable presenting and moderating webinars (Zoom platform preferred)
- HubSpot or similar email marketing platform experience
- EdTech background a plus
- A passion for improving student lives through thoughtful, well-timed communication
