Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S. only)
- Collaborative role within the People Operations team
What You’ll Do
- Own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS upkeep
- Coordinate logistics, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding
- Partner with the Recruiting Lead on scheduling and process execution
- Support People Ops events such as offsites, surveys, and engagement activities
- Deliver a seamless, values-aligned candidate experience that reflects company culture
What You Need
- 1–2+ years in People Ops, HR, or coordination roles
- Knowledge of HR/recruiting best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (Rippling experience a plus)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative mindset with proven cross-team partnership skills
Benefits
- Salary range: $58,000–$72,000 (DOE)
