What You’ll Do
- Act as a liaison between hospitals and Knowtion Health
- Review medical records to determine third-party billing responsibility while following HIPAA guidelines
- Verify and respond to attorney requests related to claims
- Perform daily billing tasks in client systems, ensuring accurate account processing and documentation
- Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Healthcare claims experience or insurance background preferred (Medicare knowledge a plus)
- Experience with EPIC software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
