What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Confirm orders via email, providing status updates and follow-up throughout the process
- Review, adjust, and resolve billing and pricing inquiries to ensure smooth order completion
- Route special orders, provide pricing information, and ensure same-day shipping whenever possible
- Collaborate across internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions
- Learn new products across multiple business lines and explain them to customers
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center environment preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to diffuse difficult situations
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in order entry and documentation
- Distribution company or emergency medical/hospital experience a plus
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and meet performance goals in a remote setting
