Schedule & Compensation
- Remote, U.S.-based role
- Full-time, hourly (40 hours/week)
- Pay range: $20–$26/hour + monthly performance bonus
- Includes benefits, PTO, equity, and stipends
Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients daily by phone and email to drive collections and maintain account standing
- Send monthly account statements and verify payment status
- Collaborate with billing and account management teams to reconcile issues
- Provide high-quality, hospitable customer service while resolving outstanding accounts
- Track and maintain accurate records in Excel and other systems
Requirements
- 1+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience (court reporting or legal industry a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (bonus for Looker, Zendesk, or Hubspot)
- Comfortable on the phone and skilled at building client relationships
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other digital productivity tools
- Critical thinker with creativity in solving day-to-day challenges
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
