Schedule
- Full-time, contract/temporary role
- Remote, based out of Dublin, CA
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, letter, and fax
- Resolve customer issues including financial concerns, merchandise refunds, and lost gift cards
- Record and track inquiries in the customer service database
- Collaborate with District Managers, Stores, and Corporate Departments
- Process paperwork from customer interactions and support store operations projects
- Maintain advanced knowledge of company systems (Refund Control, Valuelink, Solutran, etc.)
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center and retail experience preferred)
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with good judgment and problem-solving
