Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote across the U.S.
- Must overlap with both EST and PST time zones
- Weekend availability required
- Must maintain a quiet home office with high-speed wired internet and stable power
What You’ll Do
- Coach and develop customer support agents through direct feedback, QA reviews, and regular check-ins
- Monitor team metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance to maintain >90% QA scores
- Handle escalated customer issues when needed
- Lead with accountability, initiating consequence management when performance falls short
- Set SMART goals and track performance progress
- Maintain coaching logs, provide written feedback, and foster a learning culture
- Navigate tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect to support and train effectively
- Drive team motivation with delegation, development, and team-building activities
What You Need
- 2+ years coaching experience with structured feedback delivery
- 2+ years management experience leading customer service teams
- 2+ years in customer-facing service roles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
- Comfortable thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience setting and achieving team SMART goals
- Tech-savvy, with ability to master Clipboard’s support platforms
- Customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
