Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Night and overnight shifts with alternating days off
- Requires reliable high-speed internet (no satellite or 5G) and dual 22” monitors with HDMI and Display ports
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
- Assist patients in emergent situations and support members with insurance needs
- Help with physician changes, urgent care location, and prescription authorizations
- Provide 24/7 triage support and assign priority for RN follow-up
- Document benefit claims, appeals, and authorizations accurately
- Deliver compassionate, empathetic, and professional service
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (verified during background check)
- Healthcare experience required (e.g., medical front office, PBX/911 operator, medical assistant, nursing assistant)
- Strong computer skills for data entry, navigation, and Microsoft Outlook/Word
- Excellent customer service, communication, and empathy skills
- Ability to work mid-day and night schedules consistently
