Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM EST rotation)
- 100% remote, computer equipment provided
- Weekends off; overtime may be available
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding insurance policies
- Assist with transaction requests and general inquiries
- Provide advice and redirect to colleagues for specialized needs
- Accurately document calls, handle complaints, and follow up on client issues
- Suggest opportunities for service improvements and process enhancements
What You Need
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- High school diploma required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type 30–40 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and organizational ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and call management software
