Schedule
- Full-time, 4 shifts per week (10 hours each)
- Must be available between 8 AM – 9 PM EST, including weekends
- Fully remote; must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line support via phone, text, and email in both English and Spanish
- Handle scheduling, directions, and general inquiries
- Transfer all medical-related questions to the TeleAdvice Support team
- Ensure a seamless, professional experience for pet parents and clinics
What You Need
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- 1+ year of veterinary reception, client service, or customer care experience
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work weekends and EST-based shifts
- Strong communication skills and tech comfort (EMR, CRM, Slack, Google Suite)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vetspire and Gladly CRM
