Schedule
- Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Must be available between 8 AM – 9 PM EST, including rotating weekends
- Fully remote, must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support via phone, text, and email
- Assist with scheduling, pet care guidance, and general inquiries
- Route medical questions to licensed TeleAdvice veterinarians
- Collaborate with clinics and operations teams for seamless service
- Represent Petfolk’s values in every interaction
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in veterinary reception, client services, or customer care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
- Flexibility for weekends and rotating schedules
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Vetspire or Gladly CRM
- Proficiency with EMR systems, Slack, and Google Suite
