Schedule
- Remote, full-time role
- Minimum 40-hour work week with varied shifts and some weekends
- Requires a reliable high-speed internet connection (100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload)
- Dedicated home office space required
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails to resolve customer concerns
- Act as a liaison, reselling the value of Fetch products and encouraging renewals
- Probe and analyze customer motivation, then develop solutions in real-time
- Negotiate policy renewals and retain business through effective communication
- Use multiple systems to review policy details, pet breed health concerns, and coverage benefits
- Provide customer support across phone and email channels
- Document all interactions accurately in tracking systems
- Share feedback on process improvements with leadership
What You Need
- 2+ years in a call center environment (retention experience preferred)
- Strong first-time close sales skills with proven retention/renewal ability
- Licensed with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance across multiple states (company will assist with licensing where needed)
- Excellent multitasking skills: system navigation, listening, and engaging with clients simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, empathy, and patience in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Proficiency with phone apps, G-Suite, and internet browsers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
