Schedule
- Remote, independent contractor (1099) role
- Part-time: minimum 20–25 hours per week
- Work must be completed on weekdays between 9am–6pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients (~15 calls per hour) using enrollment software
- Explain program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment details clearly and empathetically
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and motivate patients to enroll
- Document all patient interactions with 100% accuracy
- Track recurring issues and share feedback with management
- Stay current on program details and best practices for outreach
What You Need
- Strong phone communication skills—clear, engaging, and confident
- Patient-first mindset with ability to build trust quickly
- Motivation to hit performance goals and strong closing skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills
- Resilience and adaptability when handling objections
- Spanish fluency (highly desired)
- Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach (preferred)
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- $200 performance bonus after 60 days
- Independent contractor role—responsible for own equipment, taxes, and benefits
