Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 4-week training program provided
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 7:00am–10:00pm CST, Sat–Sun 7:00am–9:00pm CST
- Must be able to work from a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
What You’ll Do
- Provide best-in-class customer service via phone, responding to client needs and educating them on programs
- Use active listening and problem-solving to resolve client issues effectively
- Document outcomes and update CRM records for accurate tracking
- Manage a high volume of inbound client requests in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with other teams to ensure questions are addressed
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver client success
What You Need
- 1 year of call center experience (required)
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to hardwire into a desktop computer
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult calls with professionalism and empathy
- Effective at time management, multitasking, and organization
- Experience working from home in a distraction-free environment preferred
