Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Standard shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm EST
- Collaboration across departments and client-facing support
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely, professional service
- Use CRM tools to document communication, resolve cases, and track account activity
- Analyze data and prepare reports on client interactions
- Support client onboarding and implementation projects
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
What You Need
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive issues
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics or similar preferred)
- Training experience a plus
