Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
- Shifts between:
- 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET
- 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CT
- 6:00 am – 6:00 pm MT
- $19.00/hour + opportunity for performance bonuses
- Paid classroom training + continuous coaching and mentoring
- Shift bidding process twice per year based on performance and business needs
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound calls and online case inquiries
- Resolve and input provider/client requests into the tracking system and assign cases as needed
- Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling PHI data
- Respond professionally to client and provider questions, maintaining accurate documentation
- Promote team collaboration, flexibility, and problem-solving
- Meet or exceed department standards for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements for call center efficiency
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) and data entry skills
- Knowledge of medical or claims terminology a plus
- Ability to diffuse irate callers professionally and resolve conflict tactfully
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with multiple systems (MS Office Suite, database software, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
