Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote

- Not available to candidates in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts, resolving client and family concerns with efficiency and empathy
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, and Clinical)
- Support clinical care requests and proactively address treatment attendance gaps
- Share and coordinate aftercare resources, including outpatient therapy appointments
- Manage client schedules, including booking and rescheduling sessions
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Meet KPIs such as call answer rates, talk time, resolution speed, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer/patient success or support experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience supporting young adults or adolescents is a plus
- 1–2 years of Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- 1–2 years of experience with contact center technology
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Emotional intelligence and commitment to client-centered care
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMRs

- Base pay: $45,000–$55,000 annually (depending on location and experience)
