Rippl is hiring a Patient Outreach Specialist to connect with seniors and caregivers who may be experiencing memory or brain health changes but have not yet engaged in care. This full-time remote role focuses on proactive outreach, administering brief screeners, and guiding patients into Rippl’s dementia care programs.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.)
  • Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
  • Pay range: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience and location)
  • Set shifts may include:
    • Mon–Thu 10:30am–7pm, Fri 11am–7:30pm
    • Mon–Fri 10am–6:30pm
    • Mon–Wed 10am–6:30pm, Thu–Fri 10:30am–7pm

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outreach to potential patients and caregivers with empathy and warmth
  • Administer dementia-related screeners and encourage enrollment when appropriate
  • Educate individuals on Rippl’s dementia care programs and services
  • Schedule initial clinical appointments with Rippl’s care team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support new patients
  • Accurately document outreach, screening responses, and next steps in Salesforce and Athena
  • Meet or exceed targets for call volume, engagement, screening completion, and conversions

What You Need

  • Passion for serving seniors, families, and caregivers
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience required
  • Experience with outreach, engagement, intake, or customer service
  • Ability to perform phone-based assessments or screeners
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Athena, Google Suite, and cloud-based telephony
  • Knowledge of medical and behavioral health terminology
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, high-volume environment (60+ outbound calls daily)
  • High-speed internet and secure private workspace
