Rippl is hiring a Patient Support Specialist to help seniors and families navigating dementia care. This full-time remote role ensures a smooth and supportive intake process by preparing patients for their first appointment, removing barriers, and offering compassionate guidance.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Pay range: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience and location)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to new patients to walk through intake forms, consent, and tech readiness
- Assist patients and families with virtual appointment setup and troubleshooting
- Collect, track, and document consents and MPOA in Athena and Salesforce
- Send reminders and links to ensure clarity on appointment logistics
- Answer intake-related patient questions and triage as needed
- Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation for assigned patients
- Collaborate with Patient Engagement and care teams to resolve pre-visit barriers
- Support pilots and initiatives tied to improving patient intake and engagement
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare intake, coordination, or patient-facing support experience
- Experience with EHRs (Athena preferred), Salesforce, and G-Suite
- Strong communication skills with compassion and clarity for older adults and caregivers
- Knowledge of medical and behavioral health terminology
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient in a startup environment
- High-speed internet and secure private workspace for confidentiality
- Preferred: Experience supporting older adults, chronic care populations, or dementia care
