Schedule
- Remote, full-time role based in the U.S.

- Structured shifts with daily outreach and call center activities
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers
- Schedule appointments for preventative screenings and high-risk follow-ups
- Conduct welcome calls and explain benefits and insurance details
- Support patients in making healthcare decisions that enhance their experience
- Conduct surveys to gather valuable patient feedback
- Provide compassionate, accurate service while managing multiple tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills: data entry, navigation, keyboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow schedules and meet performance goals
- Must provide two monitors (22″ minimum with HDMI/Display ports)
