Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Non-exempt hourly role
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Regular training and performance coaching included
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to educate members about Vida’s free healthcare programs using motivational interviewing and rapport building.
- Handle inbound calls to complete assessments, assist with program enrollment, app navigation, and general inquiries.
- Respond to member questions with professionalism and empathy, promoting Vida services that match member health goals.
- Document all interactions in CRM systems, maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Identify and resolve concerns proactively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support special projects such as training updates, quality monitoring, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and enhance member experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed inbound/outbound KPIs.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving, empathy, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems and general computer literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-first environment.
