- Full-time, remote (U.S.) with shift-based schedule (Mountain Standard Time)
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients; initiate timely, compassionate contact that advances them through early admissions stages
- Coordinate warm handoffs to Admissions Coordinators to maintain speed-to-assessment and engagement
- Keep meticulous records (contact attempts, status updates, intake notes) and protect data privacy
- Communicate Charlie Health’s mission and clinical model confidently to clients & families
- Re-engage drop-offs by spotting trends and tailoring outreach
- Surface barriers (scheduling, hesitation, financial) and route for support
- Collaborate across teams to refine workflows for marketing-driven and lost-opportunity leads
- Support pipeline health (coverage for teammates; help with attendance to ensure first-group show rates)
What You’ll Bring
- HS diploma/equivalent; 2+ years sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
- Proven track record hitting/exceeding targets
- 1+ year using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Fast, accurate multitasking in a high-volume environment
- HIPAA familiarity a plus; experience with adolescents/young adults a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $54,000–$60,000/year
- Target total cash (with performance bonus): $66,000–$84,000/year
