Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Xapo Bank’s content marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Own SEO strategy and collaborate with developers to improve visibility and rankings
- Lead content production across blogs, white papers, video, social, and web, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice
- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee timely publication of content
- Analyze performance data and refine content strategies for maximum ROI
- Own content and design for Xapo Bank’s website
- Partner with product, PR, and digital marketing to amplify launches and campaigns
- Build and mentor a growing content team, fostering skills and creativity
- Establish relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and partners to expand reach
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and crypto market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Solid experience in content marketing and SEO with proven track record of driving organic growth
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to digital audiences
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics (GA4, Search Console)
- Video content creation, production, and editing skills highly beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Experience in the crypto/fintech industry required
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally and remotely
