Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the 50 U.S. states
Compensation
- Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Review and process appeals, condolences, QMCSO, Medicare L-564, POA requests, and other documentation with precision and compliance
- Analyze eligibility for benefits coverage and process enrollments accurately
- Handle life event changes (marriage, birth, loss of coverage) and apply benefit adjustments
- Complete and submit life and disability insurance claim forms
- Provide accurate, professional responses to inquiries from members, partners, and internal teams
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
- Document interactions and resolutions in line with company standards
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (IRS, COBRA, etc.)
- Participate actively in daily team stand-ups and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Identify issues and develop effective, compliant solutions with critical thinking
- Support team operations and continuous improvement through flexibility and initiative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in COBRA administration, verification services, leave of absence, retiree services, or document fulfillment
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail in processing complex information
- Strong communication and customer service skills (email/phone)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and web-based applications
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Knowledge of benefits administration; Life & Health license a plus
