Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave programs
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Assist with benefits administration, FMLA, and ADA accommodations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and training
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Collaborate with leaders to support employee relations and reinforce company values
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience; generalist background preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations (SHRM/PHR certification a plus)
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, or employee relations in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems; ATS experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels
- Growth mindset with accountability and problem-solving skills

- Competitive salary: $57,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
