- Zone A: $135,000 – $176,000
- Zone B: $128,000 – $168,000
- Zone C: $121,000 – $159,000
- Canada (ON/BC): $153,000 – $199,000 CAD
- Eligible for company-wide bonus program
Responsibilities
- Lead Webflow’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Build editorial-first content that inspires, educates, and connects with designers, developers, marketers, and business leaders
- Translate company priorities and cultural moments into social-native storytelling
- Manage the always-on social calendar, ensuring timely and platform-appropriate content
- Collaborate with Comms, Brand, Product Marketing, Events, DevRel, and Content teams to amplify launches and campaigns
- Experiment with channel-specific optimizations and track performance metrics
- Elevate community voices through user-generated content like #MadeInWebflow
- Oversee reporting on engagement, growth, and share of voice across channels
- Manage social media agencies, vendors, and budgets with accountability for results
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in social media, brand storytelling, or digital content strategy (SaaS or creative industries preferred)
- Proven track record of growing brand channels through narrative-led, platform-native content
- Strong editorial instincts and the ability to create high-performing social content
- Experience managing influencer/creator programs and external partners with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of platform mechanics and audience behaviors
- Skilled at balancing strategy, content execution, and optimization
- Excellent communicator with strong community-building instincts
