Schedule
- Remote (US-based only)
- 20–40 hours per week
- Must be available during US working hours
What You’ll Do
- Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, and collections
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts and oversee data entry
- Prepare balance sheets, payroll documents, and financial statements
- Track company financials and assist with monthly reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records
- Handle ad hoc bookkeeping tasks as needed
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of proven bookkeeping experience with international clients
- Knowledge of US taxation preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid grasp of financial/accounting practices and terminology
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable setup: USB headset, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz/4GB RAM), high-speed internet (25 Mbps main / 10 Mbps backup)
