Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST
- Remote role (excluding AK, HI, ME, MS, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, WV, WY)
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work depending on workload
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain accumulator data and processes for assigned clients of low to moderate complexity
- Perform timely updates to prevent member access issues and maintain compliance with guarantees
- Serve as the lead accumulator resource for clients and provide backup support for peers
- Participate in client meetings, audits, and new program implementations
- Request, validate, and reconcile client data feeds to ensure system accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data errors and report reconciliation results
- Educate internal teams and clients on accumulator processes and corrective outcomes
- Conduct system testing for compliance and accuracy in accumulator-related processes
- Assist with creating and updating training materials, policies, and work instructions
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under close supervision
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
