What You’ll Do
- Collect, update, and organize training materials, FAQs, tutorials, and internal resources.
- Remove outdated content, ensure accuracy, and maintain brand consistency.
- Apply information architecture best practices for easy navigation.
- Proactively identify gaps and create new content solutions.
- Use analytics to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Stay current on content, customer experience, and technology trends.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in content coordination, technical writing, communications, or marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent command of English.
- Familiarity with content structuring (headings, metadata, modular content) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
