Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based; Tampa not required)
- Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs
Responsibilities
- Support Client Executives by handling daily client requests and escalations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions or issues beyond Customer Care and Operations.
- Manage operational tasks in Salesforce including ticket creation, enrollment planning, contact management, and rate/plan design.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation for client meetings.
- Partner with internal teams and external carriers to address client needs.
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items during client calls.
Requirements
- 2+ years in client service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Excel for data/reporting tasks.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in voluntary benefits (e.g., critical illness, accident insurance, legal plans, pet insurance, financial wellness, auto/home programs).
- Experience in HRTech, BenefitsTech, or FinTech environments.
