Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (US-based)
- Flexible work with standard weekday availability
- Weekly scrums and client meetings required
Responsibilities
- Track and manage project requirements using tools like Monday.com and Slack
- Lead communication planning across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Oversee creative operations, including approvals, pre-production, and asset organization
- Support media operations such as campaign naming, audience organization, and launches
- Drive reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of reports and insights
- Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations (weekly notes, monthly creative recaps)
- Manage client onboarding tasks and keep all deliverables on track
- Create and organize client-facing and internal documentation via Google Drive
- Implement quality control standards across all outputs and identify improvement opportunities
- Host and lead weekly scrum meetings to align objectives and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of project management in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google and Facebook platforms
- Skilled at structuring complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communicator with clients and teams at all levels
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
