Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the US (Lehi, UT office optional)
- Some travel for training delivery and partner enablement events
Responsibilities
Training & Enablement Delivery
- Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and onsite) for global channel partners
- Lead product trainings on AI functionality to prepare partners/customers for certification and implementation
- Develop re-certification content, refreshers, and microlearning follow-ups
Content Creation & Strategy
- Own the strategy and execution of enablement content—curriculum, documentation, in-app copy, microlearning, and certification exams
- Write clear, concise content that drives product adoption and elevates user experience
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to align UX and training
Experience Design & Thought Leadership
- Use storytelling and visual communication to create modern instructional experiences
- Advocate for high-quality content as a driver of product success
- Stay current with UX writing, AI adoption, and best practices in learning design
Requirements
- 3+ years in content strategy, instructional design, or technical training (SaaS/enterprise software preferred)
- Experience delivering live and asynchronous training using adult learning principles
- Understanding of enterprise cloud platforms and AI applications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with UX writing, accessibility standards, and microcopy
- Portfolio or examples of impactful training/content work
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal industry experience or knowledge of legal operations
- Experience with training systems, content libraries, or design systems
- Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Figma, Confluence, or LMS platforms
Compensation
- Annual salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on skills, experience, and location)
