What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Manage open orders through the fulfillment process, including releases, delivery issues, and disputes
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and objectives
- Maintain customer resources, including portals, pricing, part numbers, and planograms
- Provide support with claims, rebates, warranty requests, and reporting needs
- Track and analyze customer behavior, order metrics, and scorecards to identify opportunities for efficiency
- Collaborate across teams to resolve escalations and meet service level commitments
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability
- Recommend and implement improvements for cost savings and process optimization
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Kustomer, Five9, SharePoint preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings
- Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
