What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-touch, bilingual customer support (Spanish/English) to flower shop owners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with patience and clarity
  • Guide florists through using our software with empathy and professionalism
  • Connect with customers via computer headset on a stable internet connection
  • Document and share feedback to improve our tools and service

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level Spanish/English fluency (verbal + written)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Passion for helping people and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach
  • Comfortable with evolving technologies; basic computing support experience (printers, remote assistance) is a plus
  • Interest or experience in the floral industry is a bonus
