What You’ll Do
- Provide high-touch, bilingual customer support (Spanish/English) to flower shop owners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with patience and clarity
- Guide florists through using our software with empathy and professionalism
- Connect with customers via computer headset on a stable internet connection
- Document and share feedback to improve our tools and service
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level Spanish/English fluency (verbal + written)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Passion for helping people and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach
- Comfortable with evolving technologies; basic computing support experience (printers, remote assistance) is a plus
- Interest or experience in the floral industry is a bonus
