Schedule & Status
- Temporary assignment (remote, US-based)

What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Follow program protocols to provide accurate info and next steps
- Verify and update caller records; document all interactions in CRM
- Conduct outbound follow-ups/surveys as needed
- Meet schedule adherence, quality, and productivity targets
- Use web tools and knowledge base to resolve inquiries
What You’ll Need
- HS diploma/GED; prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Clear verbal/written communication; active listening; able to multi-task
- Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs/windows and search engines
- Able to sit for extended periods
- Pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment criteria tests, and internet speed test
- Able to obtain/maintain required clearance level
Work-From-Home Tech Requirements
- Hard-line high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable) that meets program speed minimums
- No hotspots, satellite, or wireless home internet
- Quiet, private workspace suitable for calls and protected info
