Schedule

- Reports to the Director of Client Success
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Client Success Managers to meet KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with software customers
- Conduct training, enablement sessions, and quarterly business reviews
- Track and manage customer journeys with ChurnZero and Salesforce
- Collaborate across teams to drive retention, adoption, and upsell opportunities
- Assist team members with escalations and implement new processes
What You Need
- Prior client success management experience (elective medical or EMR software preferred)
- Experience using customer success tools (ChurnZero, Salesforce)
- Strong communication, discovery, and problem-solving skills
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- High standards for accountability, ownership, and motivating others
