Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, core business hours (8-hour day)
- Occasional travel for team/client meetings; after-hours availability may be required
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor client services team members, fostering growth and high performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including client support, billing, and account inquiries
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance and implement improvements
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support automation initiatives
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of leadership in client services, account management, or operations (preferably in payments/financial services)
- Strong knowledge of payment platforms (TSYS, First Data, Elavon, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and improve operational processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
