Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls, screen and route to the correct department or team member
- Route messages and escalations as appropriate
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, administrative work, healthcare reception, provider office, or patient relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional presence with the ability to deescalate escalations
- Basic knowledge of clerical/administrative procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Clinical experience or an active multi-state/compact license preferred
Work Environment
- Fully remote, equipment provided
- Must maintain a professional, distraction-free home office (room with a door)
- Standard business professionalism required in all client, patient, and internal communications
