Schedule
- Primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings as needed
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday
- Based in Colorado
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and web forms
- Conduct conflict checks to ensure compliance with firm policies
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, manage voicemails and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Distribute, collect, and process fee agreements and credit card authorizations
- Schedule consultations for attorneys, coordinating with clients and calendars
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or chat to answer questions and encourage engagement
- Log follow-up activities in CRM
- Identify and escalate high-priority leads
- Participate in weekly intake meetings and contribute to process improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales to ensure smooth client experiences
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (legal intake a plus)
- Proficiency with Apple products and CRM systems; typing speed of 50 WPM+
- Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused mindset and team-oriented approach
