Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts
- Actively listen to consumers and communicate repayment options clearly and effectively
- Follow all company policies and compliance requirements
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Participate in training and ongoing development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
- 1+ year of collections experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proven negotiation skills
