Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts
  • Actively listen to consumers and communicate repayment options clearly and effectively
  • Follow all company policies and compliance requirements
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Participate in training and ongoing development

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of collections experience
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
