Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support to members and providers, reducing frustration through clear communication and guidance.
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, barriers to care, and provider payments.
- Research information across RBP partner portals and databases to provide accurate, comprehensive answers.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email on benefits and claims processing.
- Use probing questions and active listening to resolve concerns while meeting performance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
- Previous Reference-Based Pricing (RBP) experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC and internet proficiency; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to remain focused while seated for extended periods

- Competitive base pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour + bonus eligibility
