About Advocacy Solutions
Advocacy Solutions specializes in helping individuals and veterans obtain Social Security and VA disability benefits. Our team combines compassion, professionalism, and expertise to guide clients through life-changing processes. Based in Plantation, FL, we also offer remote opportunities across multiple states to expand our reach.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Ask scripted questions to collect client data and confirm eligibility
- Record and maintain accurate information
- Provide respectful and confidential customer service
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of telephone customer service or call center experience
- Experience with auto-dialer systems and scripted calls
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry tasks
- Prior remote work experience a plus
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace and personal high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
