- Available in Chandler, AZ; Sandy, UT; El Paso, TX; Orlando, FL; Augusta, GA; Norfolk, VA; Greensboro, NC; Bristol, TN; Rochester, NY; and Carson City, NV
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday — 6:00am to 4:30pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service changes (add/remove vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents, etc.)
- Assist customers with questions about policy coverages, benefits, or updates
- Retain policyholders by offering solutions for those considering cancellation
What You Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn policy details quickly and explain them clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on customer retention
- Willingness to obtain P&C license within 60 days (paid by Jerry.ai)
