Schedule
- Fully remote (must reside in AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV, or WY)
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Second shift (afternoons/evenings, including weekends)
- Schedule assigned during the interview and remains permanent
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls to assist clients with non-emergency medical transportation.
- Use technology to support operational models that improve reliability in healthcare transportation.
- Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Adapt to different customer types while using positive, professional communication.
- Provide excellent service during escalated interactions.
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting brand products and services
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Professional and positive demeanor
Home Office Requirements
- Dedicated home office with a door and enough space for equipment
- Hardwired internet connection (direct to router)
- Three power outlets available
- No personal distractions during work hours
Training
- Product and systems training
- Live remote training
- 100% attendance required
- Training occurs on day shifts
