Schedule

  • Contract role (1099)
  • Remote, U.S. only
  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Availability between 8 AM–5 PM (M–F) in your time zone
  • Occasional evening/weekend flexibility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for assigned clients
  • Create, schedule, and manage content and graphics across multiple platforms
  • Define audiences, grow brand awareness, and track/report KPIs
  • Stay current on social media trends and apply best practices
  • Use social media management and graphic design tools to deliver professional results
  • Provide consistent, brand-aligned written content in the client’s voice
  • Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and the VaVa team
  • Handle confidential information securely
  • Problem-solve and adapt to client preferences quickly
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities

Requirements

  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work
  • 2+ years of social media management and client-facing experience
  • 2+ years working in a full-time virtual role
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends, and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management software
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-touch support
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRMs and automation tools
  • Graphic design skills for creating professional social content
  • Background in agency or client services model
