What You’ll Do
- Act as a primary HR resource, supporting employees with policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
- Counsel managers on performance issues and corrective actions
- Support performance management processes (goal-setting, feedback, evaluations)
- Administer leave of absence processes with compliance and empathy
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation)
- Track HR metrics and analyze data for decision-making
- Contribute to People Team projects and process improvements
- Stay current on HR laws, best practices, and trends
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting large populations of hourly/frontline employees
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on approach with proven employee engagement skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with professionalism
- Tech-savvy; experience with HRIS, AI tools, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must meet work-from-home requirements: quiet space, secure high-speed internet (>20 Mbps download, >10 Mbps upload), and ability to set up company-provided equipment
