What You’ll Do

  • Deliver empathetic, high-quality service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve client issues using critical thinking, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset
  • Document interactions, updates, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Work independently and collaboratively to retain clients and exceed service expectations
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure timely follow-through
  • Learn and adapt to company tools, troubleshooting techniques, and workflow updates
  • Meet performance goals centered on quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction

What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn complex systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Reliable high-speed internet (hardwired preferred)
  • Calm, patient, and people-focused approach to service
  • Proven time management, multitasking, and organizational ability
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the 48 contiguous U.S. states
