What You’ll Do
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality service through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve client issues using critical thinking, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset
- Document interactions, updates, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Work independently and collaboratively to retain clients and exceed service expectations
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure timely follow-through
- Learn and adapt to company tools, troubleshooting techniques, and workflow updates
- Meet performance goals centered on quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn complex systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Reliable high-speed internet (hardwired preferred)
- Calm, patient, and people-focused approach to service
- Proven time management, multitasking, and organizational ability
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the 48 contiguous U.S. states
