What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on the value and structure of the Beyond Finance hardship debt program
- Deescalate emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism
- Use the CRM system to manage and document client interactions and program progress
- Assess client financial situations and offer tailored retention solutions
- Meet individual retention targets and contribute to overall team success
- Deliver exceptional customer service over phone and digital tools
What You Need
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in deescalation and client negotiation
- Strong tech skills and proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time independently
