What You’ll Do
- Educate Spanish-speaking clients on how the Beyond Finance hardship debt program works
- Deescalate concerns and empathize with clients navigating financial stress
- Use CRM tools to access, review, and manage client profiles and program progress
- Assess financial situations and create tailored solutions to retain clients
- Achieve individual retention targets and contribute to client success
- Deliver compassionate, top-tier customer service over phone and digital channels
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volume and work under pressure
- CRM experience and general tech proficiency
- Calm, empathetic demeanor with problem-solving skills
- Quiet, dedicated home office with a hardwired internet connection
